By writing my full name into this website form, I, the herein named client, hereby say, state, and declare that I am voluntarily requesting the services of the consultant, Leon Fransceco Benjamin, privately. I was NOT approached by the consultant. I was NOT offered an ultimatum nor any terms under promises nor duress. I am seeking the services of the consultant of my own free will and volition. I agree to a private agreement regarding the fair value of whatever is discussed privately and agree to pay no more than what is agreed in writing. I agree that consultation will be scheduled within 24 hours of agreed upon payment, and actual consultation will begin within 7 days of confirmed payment. Expedited services prior to 7 days is NOT guaranteed by the consultant and may not be a reason for cancellation, refund, nor retraction from this agreement. Once agreement is complete, an email will be sent with payment options. I voluntarily consent, accept and agree to the terms, conditions and stipulations made herein and within the working time between client and consultant.
